The instrument is mainly composed of large-load-bearing high-precision air floating main shaft, precision leveling and centering table, granite table, electric granite column, high-precision inductive probe, precision rotary encoder, drive and control cabinet, high-precision measurement cabinet, air filtration and drying system and special measurement and analysis software based on Windows XP.
