HWP27-10S Adiabatic Self-Accelerated Decomposition Temperature Tester Introduction
HWP27-10S adiabatic self-accelerated decomposition temperature tester is used to determine the heating rate of a substance as a function of temperature. The obtained heating parameters are used in conjunction with the heat loss data of the package to determine the self-accelerating decomposition temperature of the substance in its container. This method is applicable to every type of container, including IBCs and tanks. Comply with the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods-Manual of Tests and Standards 28.4.2 Test H.2: Adiabatic storage test. Features
1) Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display test status in real time;
3) Built-in air circulation system to ensure the uniformity and stability of the box temperature;
4) The digital PID algorithm controls the heating temperature precisely, and the temperature control accuracy is high;
5) With cooling system to prevent samples from overheating and exploding;
6) The auxiliary safety device performs overheating protection and automatically cuts off the heating system at a predetermined temperature;
7) Automatic fault detection and audible and visual alarm functions to ensure safer testing;
8) There is an explosion-proof glass observation window on the front of the device, and a pressure relief door design on the back. The internal thrust is greater than 2.5 kgf. Open the pressure relief door to ensure safer testing;
9) Real-time display of running time and real-time temperature, automatic drawing of test curves, and viewing of raw data;
10) Diversified test options, users can configure corresponding test parameters according to the characteristics of the sample;
