HWP14-10S Deflagration Tester Introduction
The HWP14-10S deflagration tester is used to measure the ability of materials to propagate deflagration. It is suitable for self-reactive substances and organic peroxides. It conforms to the UN Manual of Recommendations and Standards for Transport of Dangerous Goods 23.4.2 Test C.2: Deflagration test. The instrument senses the deflagration of the sample in the container in real time through the thermocouple sensor and the photosensitive sensor, and gives the deflagration propagation speed. Features
1) Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display test status in real time;
3) Equipped with a thermocouple detection module to detect temperature changes and calculate the deflagration speed;
4) The reaction chamber is pressure and high temperature resistant, and is equipped with a tempered glass door to isolate the deflagration inside the instrument from harm to the outside world;
5) The instrument is equipped with a remote ignition system to achieve remote control;
6) Automatic timing;
7) The test process is fully automated, without manual intervention, and supports parameter setting, data storage, and viewing reports. Technical Parameters
