    HWP01-10S self-heating substance tester
    Introduction
    The HWP01-10S self-heating substance tester is used to determine whether a substance will oxidize and self-heat when exposed to air at a certain heating temperature. It conforms to the 33.1.6 Test of the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods · Test and Standard Manual" 4 test methods for self-heating substances.
    The instrument is a bench-top cabinet structure. It consists of a display control part and a heating system. It is equipped with a 25 mm side and 100 mm cubic steel wire mesh container for placing test samples. The interior of the heating system is designed with a removable compartment and a hot air circulation system. An explosion-proof glass observation window is installed on the front of the box to facilitate the observation of the sample status. The instrument can continuously detect the internal temperature of the sample within 24 hours, generate data reports, and automatically judge the test results according to the corresponding standards.
