HWP20-10S Kenan Tester Introduction
The HWP20-10S Kenan tester is used to determine the sensitivity of solid and liquid substances to high heat under highly enclosed conditions. This instrument complies with the United Nations Recommendations, Tests and Standards Manual on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Test and Standards Manual") Section 11.5.1. Test 1 (b) Kernan test, GB / T 21578-2008 "Danger Pinkenen Test Methods "and NY / T 1860.6-2010" Guidelines for Testing Tests of Physical and Chemical Properties of Pesticides-Part 6: Explosiveness "
The instrument is equipped with a steel pipe with a standard orifice plate at one end. After the sample is loaded into the steel pipe, the electronic steel pipe is heated by automatic electronic ignition. The time is measured by a high-precision timing system and the heating is automatically stopped. After the test, a report will pop up automatically. Manually observe the experimental results and select from the report. The degree of deformation or fracture of the steel pipe is used to evaluate the thermal sensitivity of the substance. Features
1) Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display test status in real time;
3) Integrate two working modes of "standard mode" and "calibration mode" to meet user test requirements;
4) The function of automatic ignition heating system, to ensure the successful ignition by manual observation of the camera, and effectively ensure the safety of personnel operation;
5) 80N constant pressure automatic sample preparation device, accurate sample preparation, improve test results;
6) The equipment can control the heating rate through a flow meter;
7) The heating and timing system works automatically to realize the integration of test operations;
8) The heating device is equipped with a front door that can be opened, which is convenient for viewing the test results and achieving fast cleaning;
9) Configure a video monitoring system to record the test process. After the test results are played back, observe the final results to achieve remote monitoring and judgment;
10) Remote remote ignition;
11) The test process is fully automated without manual intervention, and supports parameter setting, data storage, and viewing reports. Technical Parameters
