CTS-xxUT multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detector Introduction
The CTS-xxUT series is the latest multi-channel ultrasonic data acquisition and secondary development platform. It integrates ultrasonic high-voltage transmission, echo signal reception, amplification, AD acquisition and processing functions, and provides secondary development functions that users can develop on their own. Application software, using CTS-xxUT to collect data for processing, adding its own unique functions and interfaces, integrated into its own system, forming a variety of ultrasonic application systems.
The "xx" in the model CTS-xxUT represents the number of ultrasound channels. For example, the CTS-08UT has 8 conventional ultrasound channels, and the number of channels can be reduced according to user needs. If you need more channels, consider another CTS-40UT that can support up to 40 conventional ultrasound channels in a single unit. Features
Provide a full set of client sample program PA22X-DEMO source code, the DEMO code has basic multi-channel ultrasound function, users can refer to the DEMO code for secondary development, or directly add functionality to the DEMO code for development.
The well-designed secondary programming interface is simple and intuitive to program, and supports manual debugging. Before programming, you can manually send commands to CTS-xxUT to test the effect of modifying parameters.
The internal integrated ultrasonic excitation circuit, in the form of a negative square wave, the excitation voltage is adjustable from -25V to -300V, and the pulse width is adjustable from 30 ns to 1000 ns, maximally matching different types of emission chips.
Most of the signal processing and detection functions required for the integrated ultrasonic testing equipment, such as A-wave compression, gate detection, and sound path measurement, you can quickly build a standard ultrasonic flaw detection system.
If you want to process all the data from scratch, CTS-xxUT also provides the raw data mode, directly send the AD sample data without any processing to the client software, and your software can handle it arbitrarily. Technical parameters
