BZYS-4212 Surface Vibration Compactor Introduction The surface vibration compactor is used to determine the maximum dry density of non cohesive free draining coarse-grained soil and coarse-grained soil (including rockfill materials). working principle: The vibration compaction plate is vertically compacted on the surface of the specimen and propagated from top to bottom. After the particles are cut and crushed, their positions are rearranged and moved to a stable position corresponding to the standard conditions of the geotechnical test specifications, thereby compacting the soil. Instructions 1. Install a suitable test tube, press the test tube tightly, take an appropriate amount of soil sample, use the prescribed tools to install the test body, and roughly scrape the surface of the test sample 2. Confirm that the three-phase power supply is well connected and the power indicator light on the controller panel is on. 3. Press the up, stop, and down buttons on the controller, and the vibration motor and counterweight components can move freely. 4. When pressing the up switch causes the vibrator to descend or when pressing the down switch causes the vibrator to ascend, the power cord should be reversed. Otherwise, the up and down travel switches will not work, which can easily damage the machine. 5. Press the descent button, and the large sliding sleeve will drive the vibration plate and the compaction plate to descend. When the compaction plate comes into contact with loose soil samples, the large sliding sleeve will continue to descend and reach the lower end face of the sliding sleeve. When it is 15-25mm away from the vibration plate flange, press the stop button, and the large sliding sleeve will stop descending. 6. Set the timer on the controller to 6 minutes, press the vibration switch, and the vibration will start. The timer will display the vibration time, and the moving plate will automatically stop after 6 minutes. 7. Press the up button to drive the vibration plate and ram the plate up to 15-25mm below the speed box on the upper end face of the limit block. Press the stop button once to stop the large sliding plate from rising. 8. According to the test procedure, add a second soil sample and repeat the above steps twice. One sample is considered to have been compacted by vibration. Technical parameters: Power supply voltage: 380V, 220V Lift power: 370W Vibration power: 750W Vibration frequency: 30HZ-50HZ Excitation force: 10-80KN Test time: Quantity 0-999 seconds, any setting The static pressure exerted by the ramming plate on the surface of the specimen is 18Kpa Test tube specifications: one 280mm/152mm each
