ATP5034 Cooling 4096 Pixel Ultra High Resolution Fiber Spectrometer
    Introduction
The ATP5030/4 is a newly developed refrigerating and ultra-high resolution micro spectrometer developed by Orsay. It uses a cooled 2048 or 4096 pixel line array detector to achieve the ultimate ultra-high resolution with a maximum resolution of 0.05. Nm, suitable for a variety of high-resolution applications, high-reliability, ultra-high-speed, low-cost, cost-effective and other characteristics, can adapt to the micro-spectrometer for various environmental applications such as online testing.
The ATP5030/4 is cooled by TEC and has a cooling temperature of -5 °C. The dark current and noise of the spectrometer are greatly reduced, and the dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrometer are improved.
