ATP5001-refrigerated high performance fiber optic spectrometer
Introduction: ATP5001 is a high-performance refrigerating micro-fiber spectrometer developed by Aozhi Tiancheng. It uses a 2048×64 pixel cooling linear CCD. The CCD uses semiconductor refrigeration technology. The CCD can work in a set constant temperature environment (minimum -15oC). This greatly reduces the noise of the sensor, achieves an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (about 2 times higher than that of its competitors), and improves the measurement reliability of the ATP5001. The measurement results do not change with the ambient temperature. At the same time, the Austrian spectrum became the ATP5001 specially customized ultra-low noise CCD signal processing circuit, its quantization noise is less than 3 counts, which is the best level in the industry. The ATP5001 can receive SMA905 fiber input light or free-space light, and output the measured spectral data through USB2.0 or UART port. The ATP5001 requires only a 5V DC power supply and is very easy to integrate. typical application: LED sorting machine; Multi-parameter online water quality analyzer; Trace, fast spectrophotometer; Spectral analysis, spectroscopic analysis, spectrophotometric analysis Fluorescence Spectrometer; biomedical analyzer; Transmittance, absorbance detection; Reflectivity detection LIBS; Technical parameter: Detector: back-illuminated CCD (cooling to -15 oC) Detector pixel: 2048×64 Ultra low noise CCD signal processing circuit Spectral range: 180-1100nm Spectral resolution: 0.1-4 nm (depending on spectral range, slit width) Optical path structure: cross C-T Integration time: 2ms-130s Power supply: DC 5V ± 10% @ <2.3A 18 bit, 570KHz A/DConverter Optical input interface: SMA905 or free space Data output interface: USB2.0 (High speed) or UART 20-pin dual-row programmable external expansion interface
