ATP4001 Refrigerated Micro Optical Fiber Spectrometer Introduction
The ATP4001 is developed on the basis of the ATP4000. It adds refrigeration technology to the sensor, enabling the CCD to operate in a set temperature environment. It also has high reliability, ultra-high speed, low cost, high cost performance and other characteristics, and can be adapted to online testing. A miniature spectrometer for various environmental uses.
The ATP4001 uses a 3648-pixel cooling linear CCD. The CCD uses semiconductor refrigeration technology. As long as the external environment of the spectrometer is between -25 and 40 degrees, the CCD can operate in a set constant temperature environment (as low as 5oC). The ATP4001 achieves extremely high reliability, measurement results do not change with ambient temperature, and the ATP4001's S/N ratio is also improved, which is double the ATP4000. The ATP4001 can be adapted to the 200-1100nm wavelength range. The CCD detector exposure time can be controlled within 1ms, allowing customers to precisely control the signal-to-noise ratio of the spectrometer.
The ATP4001 is ideal for UV, visible, and near-infrared spectroscopy applications. Different slits, gratings, mirrors, and filters are available. Depending on your needs, the spectrometer can be configured for different applications. The spectrum range is from 200nm. Up to 1050nm, the spectral resolution can be chosen from 0.5 to 4.0nm, and the company can also provide OEM customers with customized options.
The ATP4001 can receive the SMA905 interface fiber input or free space input of the light to be measured, measure according to the set integration time, and output the measurement result through USB2.0 (high speed) or UART output;
