ATP3000 ultra high resolution, low noise micro fiber spectrometer
Introduction: The ATP3000 series of low-noise, high-resolution fiber optic spectrometers feature a 2048-pixel linear CMOS sensor with excellent response rates covering the UV to NIR band. Up to 10MHz readout speed combined with low noise signal processing circuitry provides fast, accurate spectral data acquisition. The ATP3000 with semiconductor refrigeration technology further improves the signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic range, and the measurement results do not change with the temperature of the external working environment, which improves the reliability of the measurement results.
