ATP1001 Cooling Ultra Micro Spectrometer Introduction
ATP1001 is a cost-effective cooling ultra-micro fiber spectrometer developed on the basis of ATP1000 ultra-micro fiber spectrometer. It uses a cooling linear CCD. The CCD can work in a set constant temperature environment (as low as 0oC), which greatly reduces the ATP1001. The noise of the sensor achieves an excellent signal-to-noise ratio (about 2 times higher than that of its competitors), and it improves the measurement reliability of the ATP1001, and the measurement results do not change with the ambient temperature.
At the same time, the Austrian spectrum became the ATP1001 specially customized low-noise CCD signal processing circuit, its quantization noise is less than 18 counts, which is the best level in the industry.
The ATP1001 can receive SMA905 fiber input light or free-space light, and output the measured spectral data through USB2.0 or UART port.
The ATP1001 requires only a 5V DC power supply and is very easy to integrate.
