ZR-7100 portable smoke direct reading tester Introduction
The ZR-7100 portable soot direct reading tester combines the principle of β-ray absorption weighing with the constant velocity tracking method or the constant current sampling method to automatically sample and accurately measure the concentration of particulate matter in the organized exhaust gas of the pollution source. The instrument is small in size. It is easy to carry and install, and has dustproof and rainproof characteristics. It is suitable for on-site direct measurement of parameters such as emission concentration, total discharge amount, dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of particulate matter in fixed source discharge.

The β-ray absorption weighing principle is combined with the constant velocity tracking method or the constant current sampling method to measure, regardless of the size, chemical composition and physical properties of the particles;
All sample gas contact parts are made of inert materials, which have good anti-adsorption effect and reduce the deposition of particulate matter;
The sampling tube is made of titanium alloy, which is light and heats all the way to prevent condensation of smoke.
The host has a low detection limit and meets the monitoring requirements for on-site direct reading of emission sites with ultra-low emission particulate matter concentrations below 0.5 mg/m3;
