ZR-3211 Portable UV Flue Gas Comprehensive Analyzer Introduction
The ZR-3211 Portable UV Flue Gas Analyzer is a comprehensive test instrument for measuring smoke concentration and emissions. The analyzer performance indicators are in line with the relevant regulations of the smoke tester promulgated by the National Environmental Protection Agency. Ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy and chemometrics algorithms are used to measure the concentration of SO2/NO/NO2/O2/CO/CO2 and other gases, which are not affected by water vapor in the flue gas, and have high measurement accuracy and stability, especially suitable for high Wet low sulfur working condition measurement. The analyzer is designed to be used by the environmental monitoring department to test the gas concentration and emissions of various boilers. It can also be used in industrial and mining enterprises to measure the concentration of various harmful gases.

Ultraviolet spectral differential absorption (DOAS) is used to measure the concentration of SO2, NO, NO2 and other gases in the exhaust gas of fixed pollution sources. The measurement accuracy is high and is not affected by water vapor in the flue gas. It is especially suitable for high humidity and low sulfur conditions.
Expanding H2S/CS2/NH3/CH3SCH3/CH2O/C6H6 and other monitoring projects without adding hardware and reducing procurement costs;
The UV detection module with independent intellectual property rights, the key components are equipped with constant temperature and damping devices to eliminate temperature drift, and the measurement results are stable and accurate;
Dual-range analysis design, automatically switch the range according to the high and low concentration values of SO2, NO and NO2;
Dynamic display of spectral graphics, convenient for users to master the working conditions of the instrument;
The imported deep ultraviolet spectrometer is used to match the absorption spectrum of SO2, NO and other components;
The ultraviolet light source adopts a xenon lamp (optional pulse xenon lamp), the preheating time is less than 10 min, the service life is long, and the energy of the ultraviolet band is large, ensuring a low detection limit;
The minute data and the total average data are dynamically saved, the excel table is exported, the large-capacity hard disk is selected, and the data is stored infinitely;
Real-time query detection data, standard Bluetooth printer, on-site printing;
It adopts high-performance low-power industrial computer, wide temperature and high brightness color touch screen, overall dustproof, waterproof and anti-static design, multi-level optical isolation, which can operate continuously under severe working conditions;
AC and DC power supply function, not subject to field power supply restrictions;
Optional mobile phone or tablet for all operation and data storage to improve instrument handling; Technical parameters
