    Steps:
    1. Wipe the two oil pools on the copper rod with cotton cloth, toilet paper or other absorbent material.
    2. Plug in the AC 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light is on. After 3 to 5 minutes, drop a drop of water in the oil pool of the copper rod.
