    Introduction:
        XDV-300A Thermal Deformation•Vicat Softening Point Temperature Tester is designed with international and national standards to determine the thermal softening performance of plastic materials or finished products. By changing the pressure head, the instrument can measure the heat distortion temperature and Vicat temperature, using transformer oil (within 200°C) or methyl silicone oil (within 300°C) as the heat transfer medium, and a mechanical agitator for oil circulation in the tank, with large capacity Oil tank design, stable temperature control, uniform temperature field.
        The sample holder of this instrument adopts high-strength design to ensure that there is no slight deformation under load; it adopts low expansion coefficient materials, and the material expansion coefficients are complementary to ensure that the test result will not be affected by thermal expansion during the heating process. The thermal deformation test adopts standard spans, 64mm and 100mm respectively, and different length samples automatically adapt to different spans, which is very convenient to use. By replacing the lancet and indenter, the thermal deformation test and the Vicat test can be switched.
