Working principle:
Greatly due to the conductivity of water and steam, power plant boiler drum, for example, the general water resistance in dozens of K Ω, steam resistance in 1 m Ω above, the water level height by measuring the cylinder on the change of the electric contact resistance, converted to electrical signals sent to the second table, multi-channel switch circuit in the secondary table to each point of the electric contact resistance value information gating, time-sharing is converted into A voltage signal is sent to the A/D converter, into digital quantity, sampling by single-chip microcomputer, the operation of the resistance and the preset threshold comparison. The heat tracing function of UDZ intelligent electric contact water level meter can be divided into steam heat tracing and electric heat tracing. Steam tracing is to use the saturated steam in the drum to heat the measuring cylinder, and at the same time with a condensing device, so that the water sample in the measuring cylinder is pure water at the same temperature as the drum, which improves the service life of the electrode and the measuring accuracy. Electric heat tracing is to use ceramic heater to heat the measuring cylinder, so that the temperature inside the measuring cylinder and the temperature inside the drum remain consistent, and the measurement accuracy is higher.
