Set out 30 samples at once, and the instrument can automatically send, drop, and cycle test samples. The entire process after setting out does not require manual operation, and samples can be added, removed, or replaced at any time during the analysis process. 2. Adopting PID algorithm for temperature control, the furnace temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy of the constant temperature chamber and gas storage tank can reach ± 0.1 ℃. 3. Use pressure sensors to monitor the pressure of the entire gas path of the instrument, which can automatically detect the airtightness of the entire gas path, furnace, infrared pool, thermal conductivity pool, and gas storage tank. 4. The instrument adopts infrared spectroscopy absorption method to measure carbon and hydrogen, and thermal conductivity method to measure nitrogen, with fast testing speed and high degree of automation. 5. During the experiment, the option of "automatic cooling after experiment completion" can be selected. After the experiment is completed, the computer will automatically shut down and the instrument will automatically cool down. It can be unmanned and does not require personnel to manually cool down and shut down after the test is completed. 6. Experimental reports can be written according to customer requirements to reduce their workload.
