TQ-812 Top Mount Rotating Viscometer Introduction: The TQ-812 series of online viscometers are rotational viscometers of measuring systems with different shapes of coaxial cylinders. The essence of the measurement is the shearing on the gap (measurement gap) in the cylindrical system. The constant angular velocity is driven by the drive unit (rotor) of the viscometer to rotate the measuring unit (by magnetic coupling or rigid rod), the applied torque causes the measuring unit to rotate in the fluid to be measured to determine the viscosity, which is the angle at which the torque sensor deflects. Proportional and converted by the sensor into a 4-20 mA electrical signal output. The output 4-20 mA signal is processed by the electronics unit and can be used as a direct display, recording and control of the viscosity of the rheological parameters. Features: 1. Continuous fast online measurement 2. The shear rate can be adjusted 3. Linear corresponds to 4-20mA 4. Tank installation or adapter installation 5. Control product quality through self-control 6. Save off-line inspection of manual materials and time costs 7. Optional controller Technical Parameters: Range: 2 to 1x107mPa•s Shear rate: 1×10-3to 1x103s-1 Shear force: 2-100 Pa Temperature: -25° to +300°C Accuracy: ±1% Power supply: 24VDC Maximum pressure: 6.4 MPa (930 psi) Output: 4-20 mA
