    Introduction:
    The non-powered dissolving dryer is installed in order to remove the moisture in the air duct, and is provided with refined clean compressed air for the terminal gas equipment. The compressed air containing moisture enters the chemical reaction of the solvent from the low-end inlet of the pressure vessel. The shrinkage is discharged by gravity to the bottom of the pressure vessel and discharged through the sewage outlet. The layer of dissolved agent deposited by the compressed air in the pressure vessel is naturally upward, gradually absorbed by the solvent, and the dissolved agent itself is melted and discharged from the drain port in a liquid form. The purified clean compressed air after drying is discharged from the upper end air outlet of the pressure vessel, and the discharged compressed air does not pollute the environment and the equipment used. There is a sight glass at the height of the pressure vessel 2/3 (see the figure below). The dissolution rate of the solvent can be known by the sight glass. If no solvent is observed in the sight glass, it means that the solvent needs to be added and unscrewed. The filling port at the top of the container can be used, and the power supply is not used in the whole process, so it is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
