Introduction:
Fine dispersion emulsifier is a kind of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment unique in the dispersion emulsification industry. It is the first domestic and international grinding and dispersing emulsification equipment and has the characteristics of advanced technology, multiple functions, high efficiency and energy saving, etc. It has been declared as a national patent key promotion product.
The fine dispersion emulsifier is designed and manufactured on the concave-convex stator to produce a three-stage pulverizing grinding zone such as a suction shearing zone, a crushing zone, a grinding zone and a refining zone. Generally 0.05mm (adjustable distance between the stator and stator is (0.01-2mm), the maximum outer diameter can reach 600mm, and the maximum linear speed can reach 120m/s.
