The detector USES imported electrochemical sensor, catalytic combustion sensor, infrared sensor or PID detector to detect gas concentration in a natural diffusion way. Main functions:
1. Support free combination of various modules, that is, gas detectors with different functions can be formed. Ordinary gas detector is composed of the main control module and intelligent sensor module. It can be optionally equipped with the RS485 communication module that has isolated RS485 signal output, and the LCD or digital tube display module that has digital display, high-low light alarm, fault status indication and infrared remote control function
2. RS485 signal output with signal isolation, standard Modbus_RTU communication protocol. Support direct connection with Siemens PLC or PLC or acquisition module at home and abroad, no need to add RS485 isolation module.
3. Liquid crystal display module and digital tube display module can be switched freely, and quick hot plug and plug, namely plug and play.
4. The new gas detector adopts standard interface, each module has interchangeability, and it is simple and convenient to replace the sensor module.
5. The sensor module and detector have anti-misplug interfaces, which will not be misplugged.

6. The detector can be replaced with the same type of sensor, different types of gas sensor and different range sensor modules, and the operation and identification are completed automatically. Catalytic combustion sensor and electrochemical sensor can be replaced at will.
7. No calibration setting is required after any sensor module is inserted. Detector automatically identifies, reads the factory calibration data and relevant setting values, and runs immediately after the completion of self-inspection.
8. Replace the new factory sensor module with the old detector, so that the detector can have the same detection and alarm accuracy as the factory, and meet the measurement and other detection requirements.
9. Once the most vulnerable to damage and expired sensors fail, customers can find and solve problems by themselves through the convenient replacement of integrated detectors, thus avoiding the delay of door-to-door service and labor costs.
