PFDM-1A Rice Freshness Tester Introduction
The rice freshness meter PFDM-1A is a special detection instrument for measuring the freshness of brown rice and polished rice. During the storage of rice, the lipid compounds are decomposed to form aldehydes. After the aldehydes react with the acid-base indicator, the instrument measures the absorbance of the mixed solution in a certain wavelength range, and finally uses the values to indicate the freshness of the rice. It is mainly used in the fields of scientific research, breeding, storage, processing and circulation of rice.
