    PD-920 Portable TVOC Analyzer
    Introduction:
Because of tar, dust, low-boiling organic matter, H2S and other sulfides or water vapor, it has the characteristics of high viscosity, easy crystallization, corrosiveness, etc., so the gas composition is complex, which is easy to cause blockage and corrosion of the analysis system. In view of the above situation, we use a variety of new technologies to design the system with safety, reliability, corrosion resistance, no clogging, real sampling, fast response, high analysis accuracy.
PD-920 portable TVOC analyzer uses advanced photoelectric technology to analyze organic gas TVOC. It has the advantages of fast response, good stability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, small size, light weight, etc., and built-in gas sampling pump. The measurement results are more accurate and faster. Widely used in petrochemical, industrial production, pharmaceutical and pesticide plant boundary detection, exhaust gas monitoring, environmental monitoring, sewage treatment, bio-pharmaceutical, home environmental protection, experiments and other fields.
    Detection principle:
After entering the vaporization chamber, the VOCs are carried into the column by the carrier gas. The column contains a liquid or solid stationary phase. Each component tends to be in the mobile phase due to the different boiling point, polarity or adsorption properties of the components in the sample. A distribution or adsorption equilibrium is formed between the stationary phases. Due to the flow of the carrier gas, the sample components are repeatedly distributed or adsorbed/desorbed during the movement. The components with a large concentration in the carrier gas first flow out of the column, and immediately after the components flow out of the column, they enter the detection. Device.
The PD-920 portable TVOC analyzer converts sample components into electrical signals. The size of the electrical signal is proportional to the amount or concentration of the component being measured. The electrical signal is amplified and recorded to form a gas chromatogram.
