    Introduction:
    ONH5000 is a high-efficiency and high-performance instrument for fast and accurate analysis of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. The ONH5000 machine adopts modular and integrated design, that is, the host is powered by a reliable pulse electrode furnace, a highly sensitive and high-precision detection system, and a reasonable layout and gas. It consists of six independent hardware modules, such as a tight air circuit system, a reliable and durable power supply system, advanced and stable circuit systems, and an energy-saving water circulation cooling system in colleges and universities.
    The ONH5000 Oxygen Nitrogen Analyzer is suitable for the determination of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in metal non-metallic solid materials such as ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, superconducting materials, semiconductor materials, rare earth materials, ceramic materials and refractory materials.

    1. Stable and reliable pulse electrode furnace system
      Full digital closed loop control pulse electrode furnace;
      Programmable temperature control power, with constant power, constant current, constant voltage, slope control and other heating methods;
      More precise temperature control for better melt release.
    2. Circuit system
      The instrument operation control circuit and data acquisition adopt modularization and no drift design;
      A 32-bit reduced instruction set (RISC) central processor architecture;
      The uClinux operating system runs inside the circuit system, and the system runs faster and more stable;
      The channel is completely independent and there is no interference in sequential sampling.
    3. Airway system
      Integrated design of the whole machine, the layout is more reasonable, and the air circuit system is more airtight;

      An imported thermal conductivity detector with better comprehensive performance is available.
