Working principle
The instrument is a digital viscometer, driven by the motor through the gear drives the rotor rotating at a constant speed. When the rotor is rotating in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscous torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the viscosity of the viscous torque; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscous torque. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by the sensor, and the viscosity of the fluid is obtained by computer processing.
The instrument can conveniently set the range (rotor number and speed) by micro computer technology, and digital processing is performed on the sensor, and the number of the rotor, the speed, the viscosity of the tested liquid and the percentage of the full range of the measurement are clearly displayed on the screen.
NDJ-5S is equipped with 4 rotors (1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 30, 4, 60, 6), thus a combination of L6 can be measured in the range of measurement of a variety of liquid viscosity.
NDJ-8S with 4 rotors (1, 2, 3, 4, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 60, 30, 8, 0.3,), the composition of the 32 combinations can be measured in the range of a variety of liquid viscosity.
