N600 battery diaphragm permeability tester Introduction
The N600 battery diaphragm permeability tester is used to test the gas permeability of the battery separator.
working principle
Gurley method: The time taken to pass 100 ml of gas was measured at a constant pressure difference of 1.23 kPa.
Schauber method: Constant pressure difference 1.00 kPa ± 0.01 kPa or 2.50 ± 0.01 kPa, select the appropriate test duration, and measure the gas flow through the sample through the test volume.
Benson's method: Under a constant pressure difference of 1.47 kPa, the gas flow through the test surface is recorded after clamping for 5 s. Features
The three test methods of Gurley method, Xiaoboer method and Bentley method are collected in one machine for users to freely choose to meet the testing needs of different users.
The pressure difference of the instrument is adjustable in the range of 0-3KPa with an accuracy of 0.01kPa, which fully meets the test differential pressure requirements of the three methods.
The instrument has a large test volume of 1L, which fully meets the volume requirements of the three methods.
Free conversion of test area 10.0cm2 and 6.42cm2 by masking
The instrument comes with a temperature and humidity sensor to monitor the temperature and humidity of the test chamber in real time.
The instrument has good sealing performance and the air leakage does not exceed 1.0ml/h.
The instrument comes with a display and PC software, which can be operated offline or connected to a computer. Technical parameters
