    Introduction:
    The touch screen operation is controlled by PLC, the microwave power is adjustable, the temperature is measured inside the thermocouple, the two-stage feeding screw feeds the material into the microwave heating zone, the bottom is fed with compressed gas to form a fluidized state, the heating temperature is controllable, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top pipe to the reformer. Equipment application field: It is suitable for all kinds of organic raw materials as oil raw materials, including wood chips, bamboo chips, straw, seaweed and other algae, coal (including lignite), waste plastics, waste rubber and other polymer materials.

    2 equipment composition:
    It is mainly composed of feeding device, air inlet pipeline, heating container, microwave device, air outlet pipeline, control part, etc.
    3 Feeding device:
    3.1 The feeding adopts two-stage screw feeding, and the material is 304 stainless steel.
    3.2 The secondary screw discharge end and the heating container are connected by flange.
    3.3 The outer part of the secondary spiral adopts jacket water cooling to cool the hot end.
    4 intake lines
    4.1 The intake pipeline is mainly made of quartz glass.
    4.2 The bottom intake duct is covered with electric heating and thermal insulation materials to preheat the gas.
    5 Heating container
    5.1 The heating container is made of quartz glass, and the high temperature can reach 1200°C.

    6 Microwave device
    6.1 The microwave device is mainly composed of a resonant cavity, a microwave power supply, an anti-leakage door, and a thermal insulation layer.
    6.2 The microwave power is 1.6KW, and the power is continuously adjustable, which is convenient for selecting the appropriate heating power.
    6.3 The front opening method is adopted to facilitate observation and disassembly of the heating container.
    7 Outlet line
    7.1 The outlet pipe is made of 304 stainless steel.
    7.2 Electric heating and heat preservation outside the pipeline to prevent gas condensation.

    8 control system
    8.1 Adopt PLC program control, touch screen operation.
