Introduction: MK-03 (1103) six-speed rotary viscometer is a viscosity measuring instrument produced by our company. It is powered by a standard power adapter and can be used with a wide voltage band of 100~240V, 50Hz or 60Hz. This is a typical coaxial cylindrical rotational viscometer that contains test fluid in an annular space (shear gap) formed between the outer sleeve and the float. When the viscosity is measured, when the outer sleeve is rotated at a set speed, the fluid generates a viscous resistance, thereby measuring the viscosity of the fluid. The outer sleeve generates a torque to the float through the liquid. This torque acts on a precision spring whose deflection can be measured and then the measurement is compared to the test conditions and instrument constants. This system simulates the real processes encountered in industrial processes. Technical Parameters: Name: Specifications Power supply: AC220V±5%; 50Hz Motor power: 40W Motor speed: 800r/min Shift range: 3, 6, 100, 200, 300, 600r/min Measurement accuracy: 1-25mPa.s±1mPa.s (Newtonian fluid) 25mPa.S or more ±4% (Newtonian fluid) Viscosity measurement range: Newtonian fluid 1-300mPa.s (F1 measuring component) Non-Newtonian fluid 1-150mPa.s (F1 measuring component) Shear stress: F1.0 Measuring component: 0-153.3Pa.s Dimensions : 400×180×280/620×300×490mm Weight : 13.4KG/6.9KG
