LHT05-10S lighter gas tank pressure tester Introduction
LHT05-10S lighter gas tank pressure tester is used for the internal pressure test of lighters and ignition guns. The instrument has two working modes: detection mode and calibration mode.
In the detection mode, the inspector sets parameters on the display screen, selects the mode, then points the lighter at the inflation hole, moves the clamps, fixes the lighter, and finally clicks the software start button to start the instrument. The clamping movement mechanism sends the clamping unit into the water tank, opens the solenoid valve, adjusts the needle valve according to the parameter settings, and starts to inflate until it reaches 1500kPa, automatically closes the gas path, and performs leak detection through a pressure gauge. During the inflation process, if a leak occurs all the way, the software can identify it and then close the corresponding branch.
In the calibration mode, click the "Instrument Calibration" function button on the operation interface, select the calibration mode, then connect the standard barometer to the branch to be calibrated, close other branches, and perform calibration by comparing the standard barometer with the instrument's own reading . In the same way, the polling is performed for the rest of the branches. Technical Parameters
