LHT00-10S lighter pressure parameter detector is suitable for straight and oblique lighters. During the measurement, the electric pusher performs reciprocating motion in the vertical direction, presses the lighter button to ignite the lighter, and pulls the pressure sensor and the grating encoder to measure the pressing pressure and displacement of the lighter button, respectively. The output signal is collected and processed by the control box, and the pressing pressure-displacement curve is displayed on the screen, and whether the pressing pressure when the lighter is ignited is automatically determined according to the set standard.
This instrument adopts a high-precision pull pressure sensor to measure the pressing force of the lighter button, and introduces a grating encoder, which not only has high measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency, but also provides a pressing force-displacement characteristic curve for lighter production process adjustment.
