Introduction: The chromatograph is a newly designed high-performance HPLC. The instrument (basic model) is composed of three parts: high-pressure infusion pump, injection separation system, and ultraviolet/visible light detector. Features: 1. Adopt microcomputer double pump head complementary high-pressure infusion pump, with self-checking system, the pump body is made of stainless steel or polymer material. 2. Ultraviolet/visible light detector adopts grating spectroscopic system, special micro-flow cell, can set time-varying wavelength analysis. A five-inch color LCD screen is used as the terminal display device, which can observe the test results and spectrum in real time and serve as a window into which various operating data parameters can be transferred. 3. The sampler of the instrument adopts the international standard six-way valve, and the connecting pipe adopts stainless steel pipe or PEEK pipe; the separation column adopts the domestic standard C18 column. The instrument is equipped with a column constant temperature box, and two column tubes with a length of 70mm to 250mm can be installed in the column box at the same time. The catheter, sealing washer, and nut joint used in the analysis system are the same as the internationally accepted specifications, and can be shared with the accessories of imported instruments. 4. The signal output of the instrument is equipped with a data processor interface (1AU/V) and a recorder interface (10mv/FS) and is equipped with an RS232 output interface to realize two-way communication control with a chromatography workstation.
