The instrument is small in size, easy to read, easy to operate, and can accurately measure the depth of surface scratches. Suitable for on-site inspection of large parts of local damage. Using industrial high-resolution CCD camera and portable image display processor, corresponding to the development of image processing software, can instantly process the images captured by the camera, calculate and save the processing results. The system effectively eliminates random errors due to reading measurements and is more efficient and reliable. Technical Parameters: Measurement range: scratch depth: 0.005mm to 1.000mm. Indication error 1: ≤ 0.005mm (measurement range: 0.005mm to 0.060mm). Indication error 2: ≤ 8% (measurement range: 0.06mm to 1.00mm).
