HWP16-10S Spontaneous Fire Liquid Tester Introduction
HWP16-10S spontaneous fire liquid classification tester is used to determine whether the liquid will burn when exposed to air after being added to an inert carrier, or whether contact with air will cause the filter paper to become carbon black or burn. Recommendations, Tests and Standards Manual 33.3.1.5 Test N3: Test method for pyrophoric liquids. The instrument is composed of a test bench and a control box. It can automatically judge whether the test substance burns, and automatically time it. The test data can be sent to the computer through the serial port, and the upper computer software can complete the data storage and result judgment. Features
1) Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system;
2) 8-inch LCD touch screen, which can display test status in real time;
3) Equipped with filter paper carbon black automatic detection device;
4) Equipped with nanosecond-level photosensitive sensor detection module to detect light intensity changes;
5) The instrument is mainly composed of a test bench and a control part, which automatically determines whether the test substance burns;
6) During the test, if the substance burns, or the substance does not burn after the test time is reached, the device automatically alarms to remind the operator that the test is over;
7) Flexible choice of exposure to air mode test and filter paper mode test;
8) The test process is fully automated without manual intervention, and supports parameter setting, data storage, and viewing reports;
9) Equipped with a temperature and humidity module, which can monitor the temperature and humidity of the test environment in real time. If the environment is not suitable for experiments, the system will automatically remind the user. Technical Parameters
