Product introduction:
GWG300 mine infrared temperature sensor is designed according to GB 3836-2000 explosive gas environment electrical equipment, MT/ t782.1-1998 coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment temperature sensor analog signal output type and other standards, is a non-contact high-precision infrared temperature sensor. It has the function of over-limit alarm, long-distance transmission, high precision, small size, easy installation and maintenance.
Scope of application:
Sensor is suitable for underground coal mine with gas, coal dust explosion dangerous places. It can be applied to temperature overlimit alarm, temperature signal of fire prevention and control and temperature overlimit monitoring to achieve the purpose of temperature control or safety detection of equipment.
Working principle:
The sensor consists of optical system, photodetector, signal amplifier, signal processing, display output and signal conversion. The optical system gathers the infrared radiation energy emitted by the target in its field of view. The size of the field of view is determined by the optical system resolution of the sensor. The infrared energy is focused on the photodetector and converted into the corresponding electrical signal. After amplification and processing, the temperature value of the target under test and the frequency signal which is linear with the temperature value are transformed according to the internal operation program of the instrument and the target emissivity correction.
