GCOM-5200 Portable Non methane Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer Introduction: The analyzer adopts high-temperature tracing sample transmission and GC-FID detection technology, with a built-in sampling pump. After secondary filtration, the sample gas enters the quantitative loop for accurate quantification, and then the sample is separated by the analysis column and enters the hydrogen flame ionization detector. The product can accurately measure components such as total hydrocarbons and methane in fixed pollution source exhaust gas and unorganized emissions, with a detection limit of up to nmol/mol. Application field: Organized emission testing of VOCs from fixed pollution sources, unorganized emission testing of VOCs in the park, detection of VOCs in the ambient air, comparison and acceptance of VOCs continuous monitoring systems, automobile exhaust emission testing, combustion device emission testing, and gas detection in the spraying workshop. Features: 1. On site office, supports Bluetooth printing, and reports can be generated after testing; 2. Accurate control, equipped with electronic pressure controllers throughout the entire flow path, analyzing the stability of gas path control; 3. High temperature tracing throughout the entire process, with the flow path treated with silanization, the sample has no condensation loss or adsorption; 4. Modular design, with no impact on repeated reinstallation of gas cylinders and replacement of consumables, and minimal maintenance workload; 5. Human-computer interaction, equipped with high-performance tablet computers, with no physical buttons, easy to operate, and fast detection; 6. Long battery life, equipped with detachable large capacity batteries, capable of running the main engine and heat tracing tube for at least 4 hours; 7. High integration design, integrated into the host, compact and easy to carry, can replace the entire system to complete the detection of non methane total hydrocarbons.
