GCOM-3010 Environmental Air NMHC Online Analyzer Introduction: The GCOM-3010 ambient air NMHC online analyzer (gas chromatograph) has added an automatic sampling module on top of the GCOM-3000 fixed pollution source NMHC online analyzer. The core module of this analyzer adopts a dedicated chromatographic column combination, gas path blowing technology, and flame ionization detector (FID) technology, which is suitable for continuous automatic online monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons in the atmosphere and the surrounding air of industrial parks. Application: Continuous online VOC monitoring of air quality around industrial parks such as urban ambient air, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, textile printing and dyeing, furniture manufacturing, and automotive spraying. Features: 1. Use Electronic Mass Flow Control (MFC) to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the analyzer 2. Adopting a silane gas path greatly reduces the adsorption residue of gas samples on the pipe wall 3. Intelligent FID with self ignition alarm for safe and effective control of hydrogen flame gas path 4. Support remote control through TCP/IP network or direct operation through touch screen Technical parameters: Principle: GC-FID Working gas: dehydrocarbon air (combustion gas), H2 (combustion gas), N2 (carrier gas), compressed air (auxiliary gas) Range: 0-20ppm Repeatability: ≤ 3% RSD Drift: ≤ 3% F.S. (24 hours) Gas consumption: H2: 30-40ml/min; Air: 300-450ml/min; N2: 15~20ml/min; Compressed air: 10ml/min; Response time: ≤ 2min Working temperature: 0-40 ℃ Working humidity: 0-90% non condensing Display: 8-inch LCD display (800x600) Digital output: RS232x2, LANx1, Modbus RTU communication protocol Size: 482mm (width) x 221mm (height) x 559mm (depth)
