Introduction
EOX110 automatic oxidation tester adopts a hardware system of industrial computer and single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer is used to control the heating process and sensor data collection, so that the test has high real-time performance and more accurate test results. The industrial computer is used as the overall system control to make the instrument more accurate. Reliable, the industrial computer has 256M memory and 2G hard disk, not only the speed block, but also a large amount of data storage. The WindowsCE5.0 operating system is not only convenient for users to operate (similar to the PC WindowsXP system), because WindowsCE is an embedded independent file system, this can avoid the risk of being attacked by the disease. The software adopts all Chinese operation interface (can be changed to English interface), easy to understand.

b. After starting the test, the system will automatically oxygenate for the first time and detect the pressure to the pressure range required by the standard.
c. The system will automatically release oxygen after the first oxygenation is completed. The speed of oxygen release has been adjusted by the internal flow regulating valve, and the flow rate fully meets the standard requirements. In order to avoid noise generated during oxygen release, the instrument is also equipped with a muffler. So that the instrument will not interfere with the sound of the operator or personnel near the instrument during oxygen release;
d. After the oxygen release is completed, the system automatically enters the second oxygenation and detects the pressure to the standard required pressure range;

For example: the detection of leakage during the test will prompt that the test phase cannot be entered; if the temperature of the metal bath exceeds 100 ± 2 ℃, the system is not allowed to start the test;
7) Dual independent oxygen bombs: The instrument has two sets of oxygen bombs, and the test process is independent of each other and does not affect each other;
8) High interchangeability test oxygen bomb: The oxygen bomb used in this instrument not only uses high-grade stainless steel SUS316 in the selection of materials, but also uses integrated processing to make it more resistant to pressure; in addition, the design of the oxygen bomb uses ISO7536 standard design, so it has wider applicability, can be directly used interchangeably with imported oxygen bombs of the same type; explosion-proof devices are also designed in terms of safety and reliability. When the pressure exceeds 3MPa, the explosion-proof equipment will automatically release the pressure.
