    The Omoxidor Evaporative Light Scattering Detector is a universal mass detector that detects any sample that is less volatile than the mobile phase without the need for a chromophore. ELSD sensitivity is higher than that of refractive index detector, it is not sensitive to temperature change, and its baseline is stable. It has been widely used in the detection of traditional Chinese medicine and proprietary Chinese medicines, fatty acids, carbohydrates, amino acids, drugs and polymers, especially for Analytical detection of other UV-absorbable or weakly absorbing chemical components. ELSD Different HPLC's conventional UV detector detection is affected by the functional group or optical properties of the compound. The unique detection principle of ELSD determines its versatility, and the performance of the chromophore-free sample is significantly better than that of the UV detector.
