    Introduction:
    The DUT intelligent float level gauge is a modern technological instrument used for measuring and controlling the liquid level, boundary position, and density of various liquids in the production process of various industries.     Working principle:
    Torsion tube intelligent float level gauge: The float immersed in liquid is subjected to downward gravity, upward buoyancy, and upward torsion tube elasticity. When these three forces are balanced, the buoy comes to rest in a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy acting on the float also changes, breaking the balance of force and causing a change in the elasticity of the torque tube, causing it to twist and achieve a new force balance. The torque tube drives the sensor to generate angular displacement, which is processed by a signal processing circuit to generate an electrical signal output that varies with the liquid level.
    Levered intelligent float level gauge: By using the principle of leverage and the method of measuring stress, the change in buoyancy on the inner cylinder is measured. The high-precision sensor obtains a measurement signal that is consistent with the level change. After processing by the microprocessor, the specific reading is directly displayed on the LCD screen or converted into a standard signal output of 4-20mA through a dedicated circuit.
