    Principle overview:
    This series of electric full-automatic filters, combined with the advantages of high-quality filtration and self-cleaning functions, provide continuous water supply to customers from different water sources (sewage, reservoirs, rivers, lakes, etc.). The filter can be widely used in industrial, municipal and irrigation applications. Its internal components are made of stainless steel to withstand high pollution loads and pressures. Self-cleaning will take place when the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value [0.5 bar (7psi)]. The strainer is fitted with a coarse strainer to prevent damage to the fine strainer by rocks and larger particles. The drain valve opens, reducing the pressure inside the backwash chamber and suction pipe to draw dirt from the suction nozzle to the dirt collector and discharge it from there through the drain valve. At the same time, the motor rotates dirt collector along its axis. The combination of vertical motion and rotation ensures that the suction nozzle can cover the entire mesh for effective cleaning. The whole process takes 15-20 seconds.
