Principle overview: This series of economical water filter combines the advantages of high quality filtration and self-cleaning function to provide continuous water supply from different water sources (sewage, reservoirs, rivers, lakes, etc.). The filter can be widely used in industrial, municipal and irrigation applications. The main component is a stainless steel mesh with a large open area to withstand high pollution loads and pressures. Self-cleaning will be carried out when the pressure difference of the filter reaches the preset value [0.5bar (7psi)]. The drain valve opens, the pressure is released through the hydraulic plug, and the water is discharged through the drain valve. The pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber and the suction pipe is greatly reduced. The hydraulic motor drives the suction pipe and the suction nozzle to rotate and move vertically. The dirt is sucked out through the suction nozzle to clean the inner wall of the whole filter screen. The flushing process takes 5 seconds. At the end of the process, the drain valve is closed and the filter is clean. Water is supplied continuously throughout the cleaning process.
