BF-19A Copper and Silver Corrosion Tester for Petroleum Products
Introduction: The BF-19A type petroleum product copper flake corrosion tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5096, the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM D130 and the industry standard SH/T 0023. It is suitable for the determination of petroleum products on copper under the above standards. The corrosiveness of silver flakes, the corrosiveness of engine fuel to copper flakes, and the corrosion of lubricating grease on copper flakes. It is an essential instrument for oil analysis in petrochemical, transportation, national defense and scientific research industries. BF-19A type petroleum product copper and silver corrosion tester is mainly composed of constant temperature bath, stirring device, heating and constant temperature device, condenser, overflow device, test bomb and frame, test tube, test tube rack and additional water bath, etc. The thermostatic bathtub is made of stainless steel plate, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-oxidation. The bath cover has 4 holes and can hang two test bombs and six copper test tubes or two sets of silver test tubes at the same time. The constant temperature bath adopts the heating method in the heating tube, through the platinum resistance sensor, there is a numerical control meter to control the constant temperature of the constant temperature bath and the temperature display. The system is equipped with a condensing device, which is a high-efficiency cooling system that can return the evaporated water in the bath to the bath. Therefore, the loss caused by evaporation is minimized; the test bomb and the test frame are made of stainless steel, and there will be no rusty spots due to water quality and other problems during use.
