The device adopts the principle of photoelectricity and USES the non-contact method to measure the distance by comparing the phase of amplitude modulation signal. Since the laser diode used is 0.6 mrad, the detection accuracy can be very high. The equipment has higher protection level, better anti-interference ability and wider application. It is a laser sensor that can achieve precise measurement in various industrial fields. The measurement results can be output by RS 232 or RS 422, as well as digital output, 4-20ma analog output and voltage alarm output. The corresponding distance range of analog output can be arbitrarily defined, and the zero value of measured distance can be arbitrarily defined. Dust and cooling and heating accessories are optional, and SSI and Profibus outputs are optional. Any surface can be measured when the range is between 0.1-30m. When the measurement range is between 30 and 60m, it is related to the reflectance of the object surface (for example, the reflectance of gray surface is 30%, while that of white surface is 90%). When the measuring range is over 60m, we can provide specially designed reflectivity up to 2000%.
