    YT-CTM folding resistance tester
     Introduction:
YT-CTM Folding Resistance Tester (MIT type) is a new type of instrument developed by our company according to the national standard GB/T 457-2008 (the determination of the folding resistance of paper and paperboard).
The instrument adopts advanced 32-bit ARM processor to ensure control and operation speed and accuracy. It adopts 5-inch color touch screen liquid crystal display, which is easy to operate and clear in display. It adopts high-performance stepping motor and driver, and the rotation angle and folding speed are accurate and stable. . The instrument has the parameters of the parameters included in the standard test, and the statistical results of each data can be directly obtained after the test is completed. The instrument is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight and full in function, and is suitable for measuring the folding resistance of various papers and paperboards.
The parameters and functions of this instrument are in line with national standards:
GB/T457-2008 Determination of the folding resistance of paper and paperboard (MIT folding resistance method)
Paper and board——Determination of folding endurance (MIT tester)
     Technical Parameters:
    1. Measurement range: 0~999999 times
    2. Folding angle 135±2°, folding speed 175±5 times/min
    3. The width of the folding head is 19±1mm, and the radius of the folding mouth is 0.38±0.02mm.
    4. Spring tension 4.91~14.72N, with a tension of 9.81 plus spring compression of at least 17mm
    5. The distance between the folds of the folding mouth is 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00mm. (four files)
