Working principle:
The pressure of the medium under test ACTS directly on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a small displacement proportional to the pressure of the medium. After the electronic circuit detects this displacement, the displacement is converted into the corresponding standard industrial measurement signal.
In the case of overpressure, the diaphragm is directly attached to the solid substrate. Since the gap between the diaphragm and the substrate is only 0.1 mm, the maximum displacement of the diaphragm can only be 0.1 mm in the case of overload. Therefore, the structure ensures that the diaphragm will not produce excessive deformation and the sensor has a strong impact resistance and overload resistance.
