    The XCJD-50 digital simply supported beam impact testing machine complies with standards such as ISO179, GB/T1043, JB/T8762, and is suitable for testing the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, fiber-reinforced composite materials, nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, asbestos board, and electrical insulation materials, including machined and injection molded specimens, as well as specimens with and without notches. It is an ideal testing equipment for the chemical industry, research institutions, colleges, and quality inspection departments.
    The XCJD-50 digital simply supported beam impact testing machine is an improved version of the pointer dial simply supported beam impact testing machine. It uses a high-precision rotary encoder to collect information on the swing angle and speed of the pendulum, and calculates the impact strength of the sample based on the energy of the pendulum.
    This instrument is intelligently controlled and stored by an embedded system, and the testing process and results are set and displayed by a liquid crystal display and matrix keyboard, replacing the original dial pointer display method. Compared with the original dial pointer display, it has a high angular resolution (up to 0.075 °), accurate and unambiguous display results, eliminates errors caused by human reading, and is intelligently controlled to automatically calculate results, automatically eliminate wind resistance errors, and save multiple impact test results.
