VBF-1200X-H8 1100°C Small High Vacuum Furnace Introduction:
The 1100°C compact high-vacuum furnace VBF-1200X-H8 is a vacuum tube furnace designed for heat treatment of samples up to 6" in vacuum at 1100 °C or under various atmospheric conditions. Features:
1. The heating wire is evenly distributed outside the quartz cavity.
2. The stainless steel sealing flange adopts double silicone ring extrusion seals. The water cooling device is installed on the inside of the flange. The left side of the furnace body is provided with two interfaces for connecting the water cooling unit, and the Ø12 mm PVC pipe can be connected.
3, quartz hot plug filled with high-purity alumina fiber, improved thermal insulation, but also provide a clean working space and vacuum pressure. When the machine is used at a temperature of >300°C, the hot plug must be installed so as not to damage the seal ring.
