    Introduction:
    The intelligent COD graphite digestion instrument is developed according to the national standard method HJ828-2017 determination of chemical oxygen demand (potassium dichromate method). No manual attendance is required. Single hole heating, fast heating speed, uniform heating. Equipped with a special condenser tube bracket, the operation is safer. It is widely used for COD determination of water quality in industries such as environmental protection, medical treatment, sanitation, food, tap water, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, metallurgy, scientific research institutions and other industries.
    Features:
    1. The instrument adopts 10 digestion holes, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and is heated evenly.
    2. The 10-digit digestion wells are individually controlled, and each digit can set the heating time and heating temperature independently
    3. Use the 250ml conical flask specified by the national standard as the digestion volume, which is conducive to titration and mixing. After the digestion is completed, no pipetting is required for direct titration, which is time-saving and efficient, and fully meets the national standard.
    4.7-inch color touch screen, visual display of parameters of each channel, heating temperature, real-time observation of countdown.
    5. The condensation method adopts the double cooling method of air cooling and water cooling, and 4 axial fans with large air volume dissipate heat to ensure the condensation effect.
    6. Two large-flow axial flow fans in the lower part cool down the digestion bottle and heating plate after the digestion is completed, speed up the progress of the experiment, avoid high temperature burns, and ensure the safety of the experiment.
    7. The digestion procedure adopts PID temperature control to ensure the digestion temperature.
    8. With a one-key digestion switch, one-key digestion is realized, the digestion process is automatically completed, and the heating is automatically turned off when the digestion is over.
    9. The horn of the reflux condenser tube is open, and the reagent can not flow out, and it is easy to clean after the digestion is completed.
