TS6210 UV fluorescence sulfur analyzer Introduction
TS6210 Ultraviolet Fluorescent Sulfur Analyzer is an instrument specially designed for samples with low sulfur content. The minimum detection limit is less than 50ppb. Ultraviolet fluorescent sulfur analyzer is particularly suitable for the detection of ultra-low sulfur samples in petrochemical products. Features
Detection Systems
The excitation light source is the core component of the UV fluorescence detector. The gas to be detected generates energy level transitions by irradiation with an excitation light source, thereby generating fluorescence. So whether the choice of the excitation light source is directly related to the accuracy of the instrument measurement.
Most ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur detectors use a DC-driven zinc lamp as the excitation light source. This excitation method is a single-wavelength excitation SO2 detection, the energy signal is discontinuous, and the excitation light energy intensity decays rapidly with time.
The TS6210 uses a pulsed flashing xenon lamp as the excitation light source. Since the xenon lamp has a continuous spectral output, the fluorescence intensity is stronger, so the detection limit is lower. At the same time, because the xenon light intensity signal is stable, the service life is longer.
The electrical pulse modulation driving method can quickly start and stop the light source without preheating. The UV lamp can be turned off when not working for a long time, thereby prolonging the service life of the light source.

Mass flow meter accurately controls gas flow rate
Fluctuations of the gas flow will have an important impact on the final analysis results, so precise control of the gas flow rate is a prerequisite for accurate separation and suction results. The TS6210 uses a mass flow meter to precisely control the gas flow rate, avoiding the interference of the gas flow rate and pressure fluctuations on the measurement results, and obtaining the highest decomposition efficiency. When the flow rate or pressure exceeds the threshold, the instrument will automatically alarm and shut down to protect itself, providing a reliable guarantee for the safety of the experiment.
Liquid autosampler
Adopting volume difference injection technology: can effectively avoid the interference of air bubbles
High and low sample analysis: different sample volumes can be used for different samples in the same batch of sample analysis
Two standard curve: Low concentration curve is used for low content samples, making low content samples more accurate.
